Now Hiring - DialyzeDirect LLC - Hospital Engagement Liaison - Remote in Louisville, KY

Dialyze Direct is looking for Partner Engagement Liaison to expand its footprint nationwide. This position acts an internal and external support system for the Dialyze Direct Business Development Division. The Partner Engagement Liaison is engaged with helping to assist and facilitate positive census growth with Dialyze Direct (DD) Partners by assisting with: remote education, development, special projects and ongoing support to additional potential community stakeholders. This position requires working directly with company analytics, CRM, and internal systems and will work cross-functionally with all other Dialyze Direct teams.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide field based and remote training and support to DD contracted skilled nursing facilities marketing teams; as requested.
• Providing ongoing census management support to Partner Facilities.
• Assist with remote and digital marketing opportunities with Partner Facilities.
• Assist with remote field outreach to Dialyze Direct community stakeholders (hospitals, physicians, etc.) utilizing outlined strategic outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership and internal teams on new ideas for positive brand growth and census generation.

Qualifications

• 3 years of marketing experience required; healthcare environment preferred
• 2 years of hospital/medical experience required (skilled nursing home experience preferred)
• Client/account management experience preferred
• 3+ years remote work experience managing wide range of clients; required
• 3+ years CRM experience required
• Positive history of using digital marketing platforms
