Geo-Med is a Medical/Surgical supplier focused on servicing the Federal marketplace. We partner with large fortune 500 companies and small niche manufacturers to provide our Veterans and active duty military the best products available. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Data/Sales Support Assistant. This role will help to support Operations (Customer Service/Accounting), Sales, and Contracting by assisting with the following responsibilities:

Managing Master Data files including gathering, organizing, and verifying data sets

• Data Creation, Updates, and Deletions
• Managing Users and User Roles
• Sales Data and Reporting
• End-User Support
• Response to Solicitations
• Basic Marketing Functions

Required Education and Skills:

Strong Critical Thinking Skills

Attention to Detail

Microsoft Office expert user with a verifiable high proficiency in excel

NetSuite Experience Preferred

2-5 Years Verifiable Experience

Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

Ability to think analytically and value accuracy

Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work effectively with teams, and function independently
