Full Time Lead Leasing Agent for Colonial Village Apartments in Glastonbury Connecticut. Duties include: Screening leads for apartments by phone, walk-ins and internet. Posting ads online for available apartments, Communication with current residents. Editing rental applications, Leases and any other office work associated with renting apartments and maintenance concerns. Job includes FREE apartment, salary plus rental commissions. Hours M-F 9:00-5:00 Must have valid Social Security number, Drivers license and be legal to work in the U.S. plus pass a background check and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
