Insurance Sales Producer Qualifications:

Property and Casualty producer license is preferred. Candidate would need to be licensed upon starting date.

Sales experience of 2+ years.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to multitask

Experience with cold calling

Strong Customer Service skills

Insurance Sales Producer Responsibilities:

Market & sell insurance products including: Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Life, Commercial, and more

No insurance experience required. Training will be provided.

Develop and contact prospective clients and leads

Conduct needs based assessments and educate clients on insurance options

Handle client inquiries and provide excellent service to existing clients

Meet sales and production goals

Build customer relationships through networking, referrals and providing excellent customer service
