The role:
- Responds to client support requests and troubleshooting needs. Assures client requests are resolved accurately and in timely manner. Balances needs/requests of client and investment of time and effort to resolve.
- Coordinates with internal and client resources as needed to address more significant needs. Supports the sales and client management teams by executing directed tasks and activities
- Maintains thorough documentation and audit trail of program status, changes, client approvals, etc.
- Appropriately negotiates with clients as necessary to assure proper support against client revenue, balancing client servicing and the time/effort required to address their needs. Teaches and trains clients to be self-sufficient.
- Plays critical support role in assuring the launch of new clients is smooth and flawless. Evaluates client’s launch readiness. Against checklist. Communicates any outstanding requirements to client and internal stakeholders; pursues these outstanding items to resolution
Basic Qualifications:
- Highschool diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience.
- Experience in client-facing roles in a B2B setting.
- Experience using computer-based servicing platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates in Business or related field
