Location: Miami, FL- Brickell

Job Description

Account Managers Will
· Establish a trusted advisor relationship to achieve and expand existing customer goals resulting in upsells, cross-sells, and consistent renewals.
· Be responsible for hitting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity metrics for outbound calls, appointments set, opportunities added, and revenue/sales targets.
· Be responsible for driving product adoption and managing escalations for our existing customers, thereby ensuring retention and long-term satisfaction.
· Own a book of business with assigned clients that you are responsible for supporting, educating, and growing through regular, systematic touchpoints.



The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for energetic, articulate, and motivated Account Managers who have experience in a highly metrics-driven, fast-paced sales environment- people who are passionate about sales, hungry, and eager to earn big rewards for peak performance!
  • 2+ years exceptional telephone and email-based selling experience in a metrics-driven, fast-paced sales environment (Required)
· Exposure to CRM applications (Salesforce) to successfully manage leads, opportunities and accounts
· Motivated, coachable and competitive go-getter, a resilient achiever driven to win and excel
· Driven, passionate about sales, and eager to earn significant sales commissions
· An energetic team player with exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
· Wants to help and serve our customers: we win when they win
· 1-4 years’ experience in Software Sales (Preferred, not required)
