Position Summary

The Sales Enablement Associate will drive lead generation and conversion goals for the Studer Education team to help increase revenue and growth. This individual will partner with business leaders to provide exceptional communication, coordination, and service to increase potential partners. They will analyze current customer data as well as prospective client data to cultivate streams and automate campaigns. A critical component of this role is to design and architect campaign structures in SalesForce & Pardot to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills as well as the ability to think strategically.
Qualifications
- Develop buyer’s journeys for all products and buyer profiles, train team on buyer’s journeys and implement the journey flow into the Salesforce data management and tracking processes.
- Develop and execute structure for tracking and measuring success on lead conversion strategies.
- Engage in conversations with sales team and NLP team (client retention) to identify and provide resources and system enhancements needed to support closed contracts.
- Work with external vendors where applicable to develop and support sales team resources.
- Work across Huron Salesforce support team as necessary to implement enterprise-level system enhancements to manage Studer Education data.
- Design and architect campaign structures in Salesforce and Pardot in accordance with Huron policies and procedures to optimize user data tracking, behavior analysis and ROI on growth strategies.
- Analyze prospect and current customer data to design nurture streams and automated campaigns that drive product awareness, engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with digital product team, corporate marketing and division sales team to implement Salesforce and Pardot integration across product and media outlets to track user behavior and increase subscriber base and engagement.
- Work with digital product team across all product applications to integrate marketing and sales automation tools and CRM software to streamline manual processes.
- Work with sales team and NLP team to integrate CRM software into sales and retention processes to optimize conversion.
- Develop reports and dashboards to inform strategy, positioning and messaging to capture opportunities for potential clients and retaining current clients.
- Assess the market demand for Huron CoEx Education products & solutions.
- Work with product engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Analyze market trends and available system data to implement changes to sales campaigns and strategies based on analysis and feedback.
- Continuously assess current data-collection methods within existing systems to identify opportunities for optimizing efficiency at scale.
- Provide guidance in use of systems and data management to enhance and support sales and retention processes.
- Work with the CoEx Education team to identify and execute strategic solutions during strategic planning sessions and in response to identified opportunities.
- Prepare reports demonstrating results of campaigns, outreach and sales efforts.
- Analyze data and identify trends to inform next actions for the team.
- Provide support at conferences, special events, speaking engagements, webinars and workshops
DESIRED OUTCOMES:
- Meet or exceed lead conversion goals for Studer Education.
- Meet revenue goals for subscription products.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance within the Studer Education Salesforce instance.
- Define and refine data management and tracking processes to increase velocity of lead to close.
- Collaborate between Studer Education sales team and corporate marketing team to support production and publication of valuable resources that drive client conversion.
- Meet or exceed mailing list opt-in goals for Huron Studer Education.
- Provide exceptional communication, coordination and service among internal team members and to external clients on behalf of the division to increase potential clients
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related area required
- 5+ years of business or marketing experience required
- Sales Enablement experience preferred, but not required
- Experience using marketing automation platforms such as Pardot
- Experience with implementing and maintaining Salesforce across a division or small business with proficiency
- Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and meet deadlines
