Position Overview:
The Senior Sales Director will report to the VP of National Accounts and be responsible for sales to one of Navistar’s largest accounts.
In this position you will be responsible for the execution of our sales strategies including both revenue and profit growth. Responsibilities:

Navistar has an exciting position available for a Senior Sales Director for National Accounts.
The Senior Sales Director will report to the VP of National Accounts and be responsible for sales to one of Navistar’s largest accounts.
In this position you will be responsible for the execution of our sales strategies including both revenue and profit growth.
- Managing our Customer relationship across all functional areas.
- Managing all aspects of the order to delivery process.
- Work directly with all levels of the customers leadership including sales, parts, service and procurement.
- Manage, motivate, train, develop and provide leadership for all direct reports.
- Quarterback all aspects of our customer interface for sales, parts and service.
- Develop strategies and action plans for assigned customer.
- Grow market share, revenue and profit.
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 12 years of sales experience
- At least 6 years of management experience
OR
- Master’s degree
- At least 10 years of sales experience
- At least 6 years of management experience
OR
- At least 14 years of sales experience
- At least 6 years of management experience
- Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Navistar does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
- MS Office skills. Strong skills in Excel
- Experience presenting to all levels of leadership both internally and externally
- Experience leading a team
Navistar provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The annual salary range for this role is $148,000 -$180000 a year.
