• Growing Corporate Accounts/School Accounts
• Building Repeat Catering orders
• Must be able to work events around the greater Nashville areas

Catering Sales Director Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified catering Sales Director to take over our food service duties at various indoor and outdoor events. We are searching for a leader that can grow our catering sales across all of our businesses.

Outstanding customer service is a must, so the catering sales Director we hire must always meet all out customers' needs and expectations, as well as attend to all the potential customer complaints in a professional and friendly manner.

Responsibilities of Catering Sales Director:

• Planning food menus according to customer needs and expectations
• Cold Call Businesses
• Consulting with customers about any potential changes before every event
• Find and keep new clientele
• Decorating food-serving areas at the venues
• Being the face of our brand
• Knowing all menu items
• Providing excellent customer service
• Communicate with our general managers to help grow there sales in there communities

Catering Staff Job Requirements:

• Food Sales Experience (preferred)
• Catering experience is a plus
• Sales Experience (preferred)
• Ability to create marketing materials
• Microsoft Experience
• Great attention to detail
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• A friendly and positive attitude
• Great negotiating skills

Pay: Up to $65000 / year
