Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in sales development, video editing, and content creation. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and marketing efforts of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Support sales development activities and assist in the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and administrative duties
• Create engaging and informative content to support marketing efforts
• Edit and optimize video content for various platforms (e.g. YouTube, Vimeo, etc.)
• Contribute to the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and emails
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the security industry
• Assist with event planning and coordination for trade shows, webinars, and other marketing events
• Maintain and update company website and social media accounts

Preferred Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Sales Development Representative
• Excellent video editing skills, including experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• Strong writing and content creation skills
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g. Hubspot, Marketo, etc.)
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:

Base Salary - $41,600

Commission Structure can range from $25,000-$57,000

Commission will be granted in two ways, based upon appointments set for Business Development Managers, and appointments closed by the Business Development Managers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,600.00 - $75,000.00 per year
