As one of our Leasing Consultants your day is all about PEOPLE! Being enthusiastic and creative while knowing what drives the market will make you a top-notch sales person!

The ideal candidate must have these things that we believe are essential to be the best Leasing Consultant there is:

• Provide excellent customer service to all prospective, existing residents and your team members
• Working experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Touring and presenting the community in a compelling way and assisting prospective residents with finding the right apartment home
• Planning and coordinating fun and festive resident functions
• Building strong working relationships with our residents by providing outstanding customer service
• Managing the leasing/renewal process from start to finish
• Inspecting vacant apartment homes to ensure they are ready for our new residents to move in and enjoy; make sure they look their best!
• You are proficient in writing, speaking and understanding the English language
• You must be able to “seal the deal”! Expectations of at least a 20% closing ratio
• Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents and residents gather
• Be an inspector! Tour routes and models are your showcase
• Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing property and improving resident satisfaction
• Maintain professional resident communications via verbal and written communications
• Have exceptional administrative skills with attention to detail
• You must have at years four years of transferable experience in customer service
• You must have the ability to adapt to new technologies.
• You must be flexible; the work schedule will be required to work 2-3 weekends a month
• You must have reliable transportation
