Full Job Description:
CARROLL BRADFORD is searching for a highly motivated and driven Sales Consultant in the Residential Remodeling Industry. This position will be primarily focused on Residential Roofing and Solar opportunities, working directly with clients to educate, build trust, identify needs/wants, and offer sales solutions. Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated, driven, and have an overall desire to win.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct in-home sales presentations and damage assessments to educate clients and build trust.
- Identify customer needs/wants and provide sales solutions to help close profitable sales.
- Educate homeowners on the insurance claim process and help coach the client through the claim process if they choose to file.
- Manage sales opportunities from inception to completion, including follow-ups, answering questions, providing detailed estimates, and setting proper expectations with clients.
- Effectively manage a project pipeline in company provided software, reviewing sales data and trends to improve closing ratios.
- Attend sales and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Must be Competitive, Driven, Assertive, and Enthusiastic
- Must be punctual and able to effectively manage a schedule.
- Ability to climb ladders and walk pitched roof surfaces on 1-3 story residential homes.
- Desire to embrace and learn new technologies to improve sales abilities.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and business management skills are required.
- Proficiency in MS Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to work in high-stress situations.
- Must be self-motivated with a desire to always improve both personally and professionally.
- Ability to work well with others and be part of a Team.
- Must have a clean driving record with a valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
