Senior Client Service Representative

Our locally owned company, Waypoint Insurance North, is growing and we are seeking an experienced insurance professional to join our team.

Our Client Service Representatives (CSR) serve two main roles. First, they help the sales team quote personal lines insurance and small business insurance. They help navigate all the quoting systems from our carriers to generate proposals for clients. Second, they help onboard and assist our clients with issues like billing, account changes, renewals, and claims.

As an independent insurance agency, Waypoint Insurance is positioned for rapid growth. We provide value to our clients by working with the top carriers to find the perfect fit for the client. Our CSR team has access to a variety of tools, software, and education that help them succeed and grow.

For this senior CSR role, a property & casualty insurance license is required and experience quoting personal lines insurance and small commercial insurance is preferred.

Qualifications:

• College degree - preferred
• Prior insurance experience - required
• Strong computer skills – required
• Ability to learn and use multiple software applications - required
• Property and Casualty Insurance License - required
