POSITION SUMMARY

Your challenge is to generate a memorable experience for our patients, through personalized attention and comprehensive advice on our services.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized attention to our patients
• Submit financial proposals
• Financial follow-up
• Listen to and resolve disagreements or complaints
• Accompany in the complete patient experience : Ensure process, validation and monitoring of documentation and administrative issues
• Meet business goals

Main Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated and target driven individual
• Executive appearance (required)
• Proficient computer skills
• Bilingual in Spanish

Requirements

• Experience in sales and services
• Interested on developing in sales and earning commissions
• Patient financial counseling experience
• Previous experience with CRMs.
• Very empathetic communication skills
• Service attitude
• Attention to detail
• Excellent work ethic and accountability
