As an Employee Benefits Producer, you will:

• Develop new business for the agency and help maintain current book of business
• Call prospective clients to introduce them to the agency and attempt to set up meetings to discuss their insurance
• Attend networking events to meet prospective clients
• Be involved in community organizations and trade associations in attempts to meet prospective clients
• Collect information that will allow RosenSure to obtain insurance quotes on behalf of prospects
• Input certain prospective client data into our agency systems
• Review quotes prior to delivering to prospective or current clients, checking for accuracy and making sure the content meets the client’s wants and needs
• Delivering new business and renewal business proposals to buyer
• Collecting necessary information to bind insurance coverage
• Maintaining a relationship with the clients on a regular basis
• Keeping up with continuing education in producer’s particular area of expertise.
• Consulting clients throughout the year on relevant industry issues

Job Requirements:

• Sales experience is preferred
• 2-15 Life, Health & Variable Annuities a plus
• Specific Insurance experience preferred
