Job Description:

This position will be responsible for the sale of the new and used trucks, and the benefits & services offered by the Company.

This is an inside sales position with the following responsibilities.

· Responsible for contacting new prospects via direct mail programs, telemarketing, and cold calls.

· Develop and present sales proposals to prospects for all product and service offerings.

· Follow-up with prospects and complete the sales process.

· Manage existing customer base.

· Strong communication skills via phone, text and email

· Continually learning the ES culture of high-quality service and support and be able present the benefits of ES programs.

Minimum Qualifications for Consideration

· College Degree preferred but not required.

· One – three years of experience in the vehicle sales preferred but not required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Able to maintain confidentiality.

· Display professional demeanor.

· Good interpersonal skills: able to work well with a wide range of individuals.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Demonstrates dependability through good attendance and adherence to timelines and schedules.

· Ability to react to change productively and handle essential tasks as assigned.

· Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to take initiative in development and completion of projects.

· Computer skills (Word, Excel, & Outlook).

· Able and willing to continue professional development.

Physical Requirements:

· Sitting for long periods of time, walking, finger dexterity, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual activity.

· Occasional lifting (up to 20 pounds).

· Climbing in and out of commercial trucks.

Working Conditions:

· Normal office environment

Job Type:

· Full Time

Schedule:

· Mon-Fri 8am to 5 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.

Compensation:

· From $40,000.00 per year (salary)

· Higher Compensation for verified experience
