Job Summary:
The Insurance Agent will We offer 2 compensation plans for personal lines agents. Salary plus commission or commission producer. Commission producers receive commissions on both new business and renewals. Our agency can write insurance in all 50 states in addition to some foreign territories. We are experts in insuring higher net worth individuals and their families. This person will need to be located in Brevard County, Florida and will be expected to be in the office. Unlimited earning potential. Full benefits available.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide insurance solutions to existing agency clients and new clients.
• Agent is responsible for sourcing business from their network and centers of influence.

Qualifications:

• Must be knowledgeable in property and casualty insurance for personal lines.
• Minimum of 8 years experience.
• Must be self-driven with ability to achieve success and must have proven track record as a producer.
• The ideal candidate understands the Florida insurance market and should be a trusted advisor to their clients.

Compensation: Salary plus commission or full commission

Schedule: Full-Time, M-F, In office
