Now Hiring: Field Sales Representatives, Entry-Level+, Wine and Spirits
A strong character is a must! Sucellus is looking for a highly motivated & self-driven Sales Representative to join our Team. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow in the alcohol beverage industry.
At Sucellus, we offer on-the-job training, extremely flexible part to full-time schedules and a springboard for growth. The Sucellus Field Sales Team is responsible for increasing sales within a flexible territory by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and clients. As a member of this Team, you will be given clear expectations based on your scheduling. Compensation will be competitive and commission-based. The Role is contractual but with the opportunity to expand it to a part-time or full-time employee.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Work to drive sales of existing distribution in on & off-premise licensed accounts
- Establish or grow business from a provided list of new high potential accounts
- Identify and establish contact with new potential customers
- Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers & consumers
- Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
- Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic
- Track activity in the market via provided app and computer-based customer relationship software
- Provide accurate sales data and projections
Requirements for the Role:
- Educational degrees and sales experience preferred but not required
- Flexible schedule needed and welcomed: whether you want to work 10 hours a week or 50+, we can develop objectives that fit your schedule
- Industry experience helpful but not necessary
- Impeccable interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with the word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software. Training can be provided if necessary.
- Ability and willingness to travel in a jointly established territory for trade shows, demonstrations and client meetings. Overnights not required.
- Strict adherence to responsible behavior around alcohol.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
