Job Description

We are seeking energetic and driven individuals with a winning spirit to join our fast paced lead generation department. As an outdoor marketing representative you will be responsible for generating leads outside the office. You will work with a dynamic team that shares your desire to be the best. Our disciplined, proven successful sales process will help you in growing your career. Salary Range: $4000.00 - $4500.00 per month

Responsibilities

  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and door to door.
  • Develop insurance quotes
  • Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Generating insurance quotes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Claims follow up calls.

  • Create relationships from a cold start.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
  • Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
