POSITION DESCRIPTION

Virtual Sales Consultants deliver sales presentations generated from in-house owners and guests over the computer using screen-sharing technology and processes to convert prospective owners into purchasers as well as reload Owners. Personalize the sales experience to the individual needs and preferences of each potential owner. Maintain the customer relationship after the sale is complete to ensure continued owner satisfaction with the organization and to develop future business opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS

• Follow and adhere to our Sales Process when presenting to owners and potential owners.
• Establish trust with the prospective owner and Owners throughout the entire sales process to build on-going rapport.
• Discover the needs of prospective owners and Owners through a series of strategically layered questions/discussion and utilize the information to customize the sales presentation.
• Explain the features, advantages and benefits of the product and advocate the appropriate amount of points to accommodate the prospective owners and Owners current and future vacation needs.
• Practice and continue to develop and improve sales script and presentation.
• Ensure clear understanding of finance options and present as an approach to ownership.
• Prepare for daily appointments

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma, GED equivalent
• Bilingual encouraged but not required

• Two years of timeshare experience preferred
• Face to Face or Telesales experience a plus

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• FL Real Estate License
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Two years of timeshare experience is preferred but not necessary, telesales experience a plus.
• Verifiable sales statistics.
• Dependable and goal oriented.
• Must be process oriented with attention to detail.
• Self-directed and independent but works as a team player.
• Persuasive interpersonal skills to gain acceptance of an idea, plan, activity, service or product from guests and co-workers.
• Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Excellent owner/customer service skills.
• Strong oral communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, high energy level and positive attitude.
• Mastery of the use of appropriate interpersonal social styles and methods to inspire and guide individuals towards goal achievement.
• Pursuit of continuous improvement to improve, enhance or increase personal knowledge and skills that will assist in job performance.
• Must have reliable transportation.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, and talk for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds. Must be able to drive a golf cart. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

WORKING CONDITIONS

The majority of work will be performed in a climate-controlled environment, but may be exposed to inclement weather and varying degrees of temperature on occasion.

WORK SCHEDULE

Flexible – could have rotating schedule Monday through Sunday, hours may vary based on business needs.

Typical schedule is five days on, two days off – must be flexible as needed for business operations.
