Full description of the position

We are seeking a VP of Sales to lead go-to-market operations strategies for an IT staffing solutions organization. This is a startup environment offering the framework for rapid exponential growth. The ideal candidate will be able to lead a small team of sales, and recruitment specialists responsible for the selling of traditional IT staffing services, IT leasing, and managed IT solutions both domestically and abroad.

Duties:
· Help to create and execute the organization’s go-to-market and operational strategies to achieve the sales plan
· Establish KPI’s such as revenue versus plan, average deal size, pipeline close rate, and length of the sales cycle as ways to monitor success
· Oversee the business development representatives and sales process for complex, strategic IT solutions, staffing and consulting projects in your market while cross-selling across national practices and sister offices
· Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable the team to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives
· Coordinate with our marketing and business development teams in developing market campaign themes and collateral
· Oversee the delivery teams located in both the U.S. and abroad to ensure staffing orders are filled with urgency and utmost quality and professionalism
· Create a culture of success that emphasizes continuous improvement and learning

Requirements:
· Minimum 10 years of experience with IT Technology sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
· Experience selling traditional IT staffing, project managed solutions and IT leasing.
· Knowledge of web based development languages (JavaScript ,HTML, CSS, AJAX, [please apply online] XML)
· Working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP and SSO integration
· Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively in a startup environment

This person may be located in Los Angeles, CA or Boston, MA

$200,000+ OTE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $200,000.00 per year
