Location: This position will work remotely from a home office
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing and developing inside sales in the designated territory for industry market segments focusing on Rx, Biologics, OTC, Nutraceuticals, and others.
  • Strategic business acumen with the ability to understand the relationship between manufactures, CROs, CMOs, Universities, and others as well as develop Roquette’s market share in each
  • Experience in developing business partnerships at all levels of a customer’s organization: Executive team, R&D, Formulations, Purchasing, Operations
  • Proven track record of exceeding KPI’s in an inside sales or customer service environment as well as the skills required to be highly effective in cold calling
  • Established phone presence; ability to create rapport, network, build, and maintain productive customer relationship
  • Leverage and utilize customer networks, resources, and tools via phone/web to expand connectivity and interest across key stakeholders with customers and prospects
  • Maintain all call productivity, opportunity development, and lead response metrics as defined by Roquette Pharma
  • Manage daily sales call activity to achieve sales and market share objectives
  • Liason between customer needs and internal resources (Technical support, outside sales, operations, planning, customer service, etc.)
  • Manage all incoming requests through E-Commerce on a daily basis
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g. Business administration, Sales & Marketing, etc.) & up to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, listening, presentation, negotiation)
  • Excellent computer skills including Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, as well as CRM platforms; Salesforce.com experience is a plus
