We are currently looking for candidates excited about the world of solar/sales, and learning how to grow their sales skills. In this role you would start off lead generating and approaching homes to set up free appointments for potential customers to learn more about our products and services. During training you will learn how to negotiate and close sales to earn you uncapped commission, grow your skills, and grow your career.

This is an entry level position, so no experience is necessary. Candidates should be outgoing, eager and willing to learn, and comfortable approaching homes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Approach homes to market and promote our products and services
• Present to potential customers the benefits of switching to solar
• Explain available financing options, incentives, and tax rebates to potential consumers
• Generating leads by setting up a free consultation appointment with homeowners interested in learning more
• Qualifying homeowners for a solar system
• Learn all different ways of lead generating, negotiation, and closing skills
• Answer questions and make recommendations based off of budget and house
• Provide excellent customer service skills
• Attend company meetings and training as required

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation necessary
• High school diploma or GED necessary
• Customer service experience preferred
• Must be comfortable approaching potential customers in a residential setting
• Outgoing demeanor, not afraid to talk to people
• Excited and willing to learn about the world of solar
• The ability to work with limited supervision, and still be self motivated to hit sales goals
