What your role would be: We are looking for a driven business development associate to drive sales and growth of our B2B line. You will attract new clients, maintain existing relationships, conduct market research, develop strategies, manage projects, and identify new business opportunities. Must be resourceful, organized, motivated to increase sales, enhance the company’s reputation, and have a background in sales and health, life, and property & casualty insurance


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and identify potential clients
  • Cultivate strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
  • Identify, track, and add qualified prospects to the sales pipeline
  • Work closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, client service, and retention plans, and analyze data to update marketing strategies
  • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required
  • Identify new business opportunities and partners
  • Attend local and out-of-state conferences, meetings, and events to build and promote the company’s brand and business

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years relevant work experience in business development or health, life, property, and casualty insurance fields preferred
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit, creative thinking, and relentless drive for success
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of individuals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, G Suite, Slack, and relevant software
  • Ability to travel
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

Hours: Full-time

Compensation: $4,000 - $5,000 per month (based on experience)

Travel Requirements: 40%
