About us

We’re hiring at Robbins Construction!

We are a residential remodeling company looking for a Sales Associate to join our work family at our office in Germantown, TN.

What do you do?

• Our sales person would go to the client's home and meet in person with the homeowner. The salesperson would listen, take notes and measurements in order to provide an estimate for the work the homeowner wanted to have done. This salesperson would estimate porches, additions, attic conversions and other types of residential remodels.

The ideal candidate would be…

• Someone with proven sales experience
• Construction experience is a Must!
• Excellent in communication with both homeowners and office staff. Our clients trust us, and we want to ensure their experience is outstanding.
• Efficient at creating and writing quote presentations. Accuracy is key!
• Able to accurately price items to ensure all costs are upfront and communicated correctly to our customers.
• Honest, trustworthy, and dependable. We value open communication here at Robbins, we understand life happens. But when it does, we help each other out through honesty and respect!
• Tech savvy. You don’t need to be a technology expert, but picking up our systems is important to the position.
• Able to communicate well through written and verbal means, communication skills are key when working in a client-facing role.
• Other important traits… polite and courteous, honorable, time efficient, dependable, trainable, and able to receive constructive feedback with a positive attitude.

What are the working hours?

• Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

What’s the salary?

• Salary is commensurate with experience. In addition to base salary, we do have a bonus program!

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
