We are looking for a real estate sales agent to join our efforts in representing buyers and sales in residential transactions. The ideal applicant will assist our clients in finding their ideal home. Knowledge of the local real estate market and a track for developing long-lasting relationships are a must.

Responsibilities

• Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and title companies, ensuring a smooth transaction
• Tour homes and be knowledgable on the housing market
• Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market value for clients
• Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure excellent customer service
• Work and collaborate with our team throughout the transaction process

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Have MLS knowledge
• Independent and self-motivated, go-getter attitude
• Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising
• Negotiating and communication skills

Compensation

Commission Based + Bonuses
