Route Service Representative / Delivery Driver

Main objective of the selected individual:

The role of the Universal RSR (Route Service Representative) is to manage a linen rental route in a safe and cost-effective manner while maintaining excellent customer service. You will do this by:

· Making on time and complete deliveries of linens to your customers.

· Having enjoyable interactions with customers and renewing their customer service agreements.

· Creating add on sales by suggesting products to meet their needs.

· Ensuring that all customers are serviced to a high standard.

Requirements:

· Will Train! No experience necessary

· Must have valid Driver’s License - CDL not required

· Good customer service skills

· Good verbal and written communication

· Detail oriented

· High School diploma

· Must pass drug screen and DOT physical

· Must have a clean driving record
