CXS Team Lead - Sales Pricing and Quoting

The Job You Will Perform:

• Act as a SME for Sales Pricing and Quoting services and products
• Formulate and define systems, scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business and industry requirements
• Partner with business and IT leaders to
  • Understand business needs, priorities, and strategy
  • Communicate and market business capabilities and technical solutions to meet needs
  • Lead product assessments, design workshops, process flow designs
• Act as a team leader for CXS Sales Pricing and Quoting team members
  • Plan, prioritize, delegate assignments and resource allocations
  • Assist with the development of team members’ functional and technical skills
• Foster and encourage collaboration across IT and business teams
  • CXS architects, leads, and development team members
  • Cross functional groups in App Services, Tech Services, BIM, and COE
  • Business product owners and stakeholders
• Educate IT product team members on direction of the business and relate business and IT objectives to team activities
• Manage the development and implementation of Sales Pricing and Quoting solutions
• Understand and communicate business value delivered to appropriate IT and the business stakeholders
• Take active role in CXS lead team to proactively improve and roadmap Sales Pricing and Quoting services and products

The Skills You Will Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years of IT experience

  • Understanding of sales and pricing processes preferred
  • Understanding of Agile and Product mgmt. preferred
