Responsibilities

You must be located in either the Oklahoma City or Tulsa, OK area or be willing to relocate at your own expense. This position covers the West Texas / Oklahoma territory.

The BRM is responsible for hosting & coordinating (in cooperation with the local Career market team) all training opportunities for External Agents in the market, along with virtual/remote webinars etc. You will also work closely with other BRM - s to support national and regional Partners to ensure there is a consistent Agent experience in all markets.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor - s degree or 5+ years of experience in the Medicare industry with a focus on management/leadership
• Active resident Health insurance license in the designated location
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills - -
• Ability to lead and train a team of sales associates, utilize technology tools and build relationships with communities and medical providers.
• High level of self-motivation and the ability to accomplish goals independently
• Prior sales experience in the health solutions industry
• Great with laptop computers, cell phones and the ability to navigate mobile apps. This also includes knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences -
• This position requires approximately 50% or more travel with some overnight stays
• This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits -
• Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
• A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
• Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
• A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

• Upon offer acceptance you must be able to complete and pass the AHIP certification (paid for by Humana) prior to your start date in order to sell our products
