NOW HIRING:

Full Time Reservation Specialist, with administrative skills.

((Orlando office/Call center))

MUST be available to work evenings and weekends.

Description:

*Able to answer multiple phone lines in a clear and professional manner

*Provide administrative support for staff

• Data entry

• E-mails

• Document filing

• Typing correspondence

• Input customer information into company database

COMPUTER SKILLS A MUST!

Requirements:

• Ability to provide friendly professional customer serviceAbility to multitask in a fast pace environment

• Excellent time management skills

• Excellent written, verbal communication skills

• Internet savvy

• Proficient in Excel and Word

• Self motivated, highly energetic

Not a requirement but Fluent in English and Spanish is a bonus.

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
