OnSite Dermatology, the leading national provider of mobile dermatology care to seniors living in retirement communities, is looking for an energetic and personable Marketing Associate to join our growing organization.

OnSite Dermatology is based in Boca Raton, FL, and is a division of one of the largest dermatology groups in the country. Created in 2005, we have established ourselves to be the leading source of dermatology care to seniors living in retirement communities. With over a decade of experience providing care to thousands of patients per month, we have set the bar to become the leader in our industry.

The Marketing Associate assumes responsibility for the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing plan to support the strategic objectives of the practice. The candidate must be an energetic, organized, capable and well presented person who enjoys multi-tasking and working in a team environment.

This is an entry level position.

Required Competencies:

· Marketing and strategic planning experience

· Strong leadership and consensus building skills

· A proven track record in developing and maintaining a marketing program

· Experience in making presentations

· Ability to perform an initial territory market analysis and required business development plans quarterly/annually.

· Develop and establish new business referral sources consistently.

· Successfully maintain current relationships with referral sources.

· Identify and implement market strategies with sales team resulting in continued census growth.

· Ability to take initiative and problem solve

· Pass a background check. Must have a Real ID valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance.

· Occasional overnight travel is required to the states we provide services to. (currently to Florida, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Colorado, Illinois, Washington, Michigan)

Minimum Qualifications:

· Telemarketing / sales experience

· Previous senior retirement/home health/ medical sales experience

· CRM experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
