Full description of the position

Ace Wireless LLC is an authorized agent for UScellular, and is currently looking for strong Wireless Retail Area Sales Manager who is passionate about mobile technology. Job Summary:

Ace Wireless has high expectations for the overall customer experience, sales performance, and execution of brand excellence in our stores. This position will require leading multiple teams in providing outstanding customer service, selling and up-selling products, and providing customer support, as well as store manager and sales associate development and coaching.

As a Retail Area Sales Manager, your high energy and management experience will assist in planning, coordinating, and leading of sales and operations in your locations. You will continue your retail career by leading multiple teams to deliver extraordinary customer experiences and to exceed sales targets. You will be tasked with supervising the daily operations of multiple locations including hiring, scheduling, developing, and coaching leaders and their teams to ensure consistently customers are consistently receiving exceptional in-store experiences, stores are delivering strong sales results, and quality store operations. As a Retail Area Sales Manager, you role will consist of:

  • Being responsible for driving sales and profitability in a region of 4 to 8 stores and 12 to 36 associates.
  • You will manage, influence and support all store-based associates to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach Wireless Sales Representatives and Store Managers to achieve Key Performance Indicators.
  • Network, recruit, and train Wireless Sales Representatives and Store Managers.
  • Provide feedback to immediate supervisor and Corporate Office concerning marketing needs, product development and operations.
  • Develop sales strategies necessary for sustained growth and performance.
  • Promote stores and build customer awareness in the local market.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Ace Wireless policies and procedures as well as USCellular services and products.
  • Develop and foster strong relationships with USCellular personnel.
  • Be capable of performing job duties of all positions in reporting chain as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • a minimum of 3 years experience in the wireless industry
  • a minimum of 2 years management experience, multi-location preferred
  • Proven leadership ability
  • Experience in coaching teams
  • Experience in hiring and training employees
  • Willing to learn and be able to expand extensive knowledge about Ace Wireless and USCellular products and services
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales objectives
  • Strong problem solving and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience prospecting through outbound calls

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting at 45K per year based on experience

Schedule:
