· You will be assessing restoration of roofing to current and prospective customers by canvassing supplied strategic territories, so being able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment in 8 hours or more is very important.

· Extreme attention to detail is a plus as you will be trained to investigate whether the roof is a candidate for repairs, or replacement. Often you will be called in to look at a roof that other roofing companies have deemed a “lost cause” and HHR is able to find an alternative solution to a total roof replacement.

· You will work with a team of Roof Specialists that has decades of hands-on roofing experience who will provide you with the necessary training on how to execute a contract, obtain selections, educate homeowners, and offer further options for improvements on the home.

· Consistent customer interaction before, during, and after the job is completed. And you will also be assisting homeowners’ questions through the insurance claim process.

Senior Roofing Specialist, Ben Webber is considered the foremost authority of why roofs fail and what can be done to correct the situation. Ben has transformed his knowledge, experience, strategies, and tactics to a staff of dedicated Roof Specialists who are able to identify any roofs’ condition and offer a range of options and solutions.

THE BEST ON-SITE ROOFING SPECIALIST TRAINING INCLUDES:

· You will be trained on how to conduct leak/roof failure investigations.

· You will be trained on how to complete detailed analysis for homeowners, commercial properties, and insurance companies.

SAFETY:

Your safety is very important to us. That is why HHR provides a working environment for our Roof Specialist that adheres to all applicable Federal, State, and local safety laws and regulations and exceeds additional safety requirements.

· You MUST be able to work outdoors in a non-climate-controlled environment for 8 or more hours.

· You MUST be able to CLIMB the roof

· MUST be able to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary

REQUIREMENTS:

We will train you for success regardless of your personal or professional background!

· Must be customer service focused.

· Have effective communication skills and the drive to succeed are essential.

· Not afraid of participating in all aspects of professional sales responsibilities.

· Must be willing to participate in extensive training programs.

· MUST BE WILLING TO WORK IN NON-CLIMATE CONTROL ENVIORMENT

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
