Great Opportunity - Hourly Pay + Commissions + Bonus Plan

Red Oak Apartment Homes is hiring a Leasing Professional for our corporate office in Manchester, NH.

The opportunity to join our respected, vibrant and dynamic professional staff is now available in Manchester, NH. We are looking for a creative, motivated individual to join our leasing team. A successful background in sales is desirable.

Compensation includes an hourly salary ($16-$19/hr) + an average commission of $6000/yr + an average bonus of $5000/yr. For an individual with strong sales skills the salary potential would be $50,000/yr +.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

· Have a strong, results driven sales and customer service background.

· Ability to Multi-Task and have excellent organizational skills

· Detail Oriented work style

· Motivation to be a self-starter

· Habits of a team player with a positive attitude

· Have a driver’s license and a car

· Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

· Duties will include the performance of all activities related to apartment rentals such as showing apartments, coordinating move-in and move-out paperwork, preparing lease documents and answering phone calls. This is a 40 hour per week job.

· Bilingual a plus.
