We are looking for an experienced Staffing Coordinator for our Bryant office with a Sales and Marketing background.

Job Duties:

• Sales/Marketing: Someone who is great with people, and is comfortable and excellent at sales and marketing. People skills are a MUST!
• Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain good relationships with them, while continuing to reach out to future prospective clients.
• Conduct intake meetings with clients to agree on qualification criteria for candidates
• Publish job ads on careers pages, job boards and social media
• Source and contact passive candidates online (e.g. via LinkedIn)
• Screen resumes and job applications
• Interview candidates and provide resumes to clients of potential hires
• Update clients on hiring status of screened candidates.
• Prepare candidates before interviews with clients
• Keep detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations

Requirements/Skills:

• Proven work experience as a Staffing Agency Recruiter, Recruiteror similar role
• Experience in Sales and Marketing
• Ability to manage the hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing)
• Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews and video interviews
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities
• College degree preferred.

Small office setting. Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm with one hour lunch.

Pay range: $15.00 -$22.00/hour depending upon experience.
