Available Immediately:

Full Time Sales Manager for very busy elevator company. Must have prior sales experience (elevator preferred) or property management experience. Candidate must be proficient in the following: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Public Speaking, Customer Service, Communication, Vendor Management, Contract Negotiation & Retention, Organizational Skills, Cold Call skills.

Must have use of own vehicle. Company provides necessary training and equipment needed.

Coverage Area: Coastal AL - Panama City FL

Candidates must reside within 30 minutes of coverage area.

Expected Travel: 75%

Salary Range: $45k-$65k based on experience plus commissions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
