Every day we do things to make people happy. Helping to choose the diamond someone wants to give to the love of their life, repairing family heirlooms from generations past, and bringing ideas to life through custom design are just a few of those things. We are looking to welcome a new member to our team of jewelry professionals.

Sales associates assess customer needs and encourage interest in merchandise using experience and understanding of industry trends. They provide excellent customer service in a professional manner with the ability to confidently and respectfully engage with a diverse clientele. They advise clients with repair orders, custom design, complete sales using pos software. They assist with store openings and closing, inventory management and merchandising, client follow up and more. We desire a knowledgeable person or someone willing to gain knowledge of diamonds, precious metals and color gemstones. As you grow in this position there will be opportunities for expanded responsibilities.

Jon’s Fine Jewelry is a well-established independent fine jewelry retailer located in Historic Cocoa Village. Jon has built his reputation as the community’s family jeweler by serving more than three generations of clients through delivering exceptional customer service.

Jewelry experience is necessary. We will train some jewelry knowledge and offer jewelry education reimbursement. Strong computer and personal communication skills are a must. If you have a desire to learn and grow you will be a perfect fit for this position.

We need someone who is able to work full time. Being able to work Tuesday through Saturday 9:00-5:30 is a must along with the flexibility to increase hours and days during busy times.
