Kitchen and Bath Regional Manager

ProSource Wholesale of Orlando is seeking an experienced professional Regional Manager to lead our Kitchen & Bath Design team. If you love a challenge and have a minimum of 10 years of proven sales and design consultation experience in the Kitchen and Bath industry, we would like to speak with you immediately. ProSource is a members-only wholesale flooring and kitchen and bath source for trade professionals. As our K&B Regional Manager, you will work directly with members of our designing team at four locations, as well as, trade professionals and their clients. This is an in-showroom position that will require periodic travel to our other locations. We offer a monthly salary with the opportunity to make a generous bonus. At ProSource, we are open when our trade professionals are doing their business, Monday through Friday 8-5 and Saturday mornings by appointment only.

We are looking for skilled K&B Regional Manager who is:

• Highly organized

• Efficient with designing and selling multiple cabinet lines
• Experienced at working with trade professionals and consumers

The compensation package for this position includes a very strong competitive salary with an exceptional bonus plan for meeting sales goals. Other benefits include 401K, company health insurance, and dental insurance, PTO, and reimbursement for sales meetings, trainings, and morale/team building exercises.

Submission of a design portfolio demonstrating your design and 20/20 skills is required. A Degree in Interior Design is preferred, but not required. Industry certification is a plus.

Other requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with staff and customers in a courteous, tactful, and concise manner
• At least 3 years of outside sales experience
• At least 5 years of project management experience
• At least 5 years of leading a team of interior design professionals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
