Business development center (BDC) representatives identify sales leads among new and existing customers, and maintain client relationships. They develop new business by scouting leads via the internet, phone and mailings.

Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming sales calls and inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Schedule appointments and conduct follow-ups with "no-shows".
• Greets customers in a professional manner and assists them with their requests.
• Gather post-appointment data from sales team and update lead management tool.
• Work all leads assigned via call, text and email in the CRM.
• Meet daily quotas assigned by the Internet Manager.

Qualifications:

Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Will be trained on dealership computer systems and other programs applicable to position. Professional personal appearance. Ability to work well with customers and other employees.

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
