Guide Property Services is a mid-size management company growing extremely fast! We are looking to hire a Property Manager who wants to oversee a portion of our real estate portfolio. We offer a casual work environment with flexible work schedules, performance bonuses, medical, dental, and 401k. This role will oversee multi family properties and staff

Responsibilities:
-Oversee and coordinate daily property operations, communicate with investor/owner
-Attract, educate, and build rapport with resident managers and maintenance technicians
-Oversee property performances
-Investigate and resolve tenant issues
-Positive, innovative approach to problem-solving
-Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
-Ability to lease units

Preferred qualifications:
- 1+ years previous experience in property management or other related fields
-Knowledge of construction and maintenance
-Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
-Ability to be flexible under constant change, work under pressure, multitask, manage time efficiently and prioritize work responsibilities with minimal supervision
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Experience using Appfolio property management software -- highly preferred

Required qualifications:
-Bachelors Degree
-1+ years of property management experience
-Reliable vehicle
-Knowledge and fluency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
