Full description of the position

Generator Supercenter, the #1 Generac dealer in the country, is looking for a Sales Consultant to help us expand in-home generator sales in the Louisville area.

Main job responsibilities:

• Meet with prospective customers in their home to answer questions, analyze needs and prepare a detailed proposal
• Negotiate and close the sale
• Understand and promote company programs
• Process orders and supply office staff with all required documentation
• Meet and greet customers and prospects at the company showroom and at special events
• Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure future referrals
• Meet or exceed sales goals

Requirements:

• Great attitude
• Highly motivated
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Clean driving record
• Experience using computers/tablets/smart phones for a variety of tasks
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
• Sales experience not required, but may be helpful

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
