Account Manager - Customer Relations – ONSITE POSITION IN MILWUAKEE

Eisenhower Center is a vocational training program for adults with disabilities in Milwaukee, WI. We have a dog-treat venture, Ike's Gourmet ([please apply online] which is experience significant growth. We are seeking an account manager - customer service professional that serve as the main point of contact between our Center and large retail and wholesale customers.

Status-Full time, Non-exempt

Hours- Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Description:

Job Purpose: Responsible for leading and ensuring effective sales order management including, order data entry & follow up/analysis, internal and external customer communications, documentation management, including sales orders and customs documentation, returns and outbound scheduling.

Essential Functions: Includes the following customer relations, sales support and logistics duties

• Timely and accurate data entry of all customer purchase orders, assists in inbound delivery appointments including communications with internal and external customers.
• Responsible for all customer communications regarding purchase orders.
• Receives and processes all customer purchase orders including EDI/Manual order entry and purchase order documentation.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers
• Manage Freight Returns process (RMA) including customer communications, process management and collaboration with 3rd party freight manager & Claims Analyst.
• Collaboration with customer, logistics partners in ensuring that orders are shipped in prompt fashion

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a customer facing role in a logistics management environment, preferably with exposure to export logistics.
• Ability to work in fast paced and evolving environment
• Ability to be flexible with changing priorities and to meet changing customer requirements
• Ability to understand and support management direction.
• Ability to keep focus and be detail-oriented in a dynamic atmosphere
• Proficient in MS Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience in an ERP and TMS software
• Strong ability to communicate professionally effectively with other departments including both internal and external customers/vendors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
