Responsibilities

· Create and develop relationships with individuals across the country

· Meet daily metrics and monthly targets to achieve goals

· Manage client/prospect pipeline to maximize opportunities within assigned portfolio

Qualifications

· A hunger for success, positive attitude, and desire to learn from industry leaders

· Strong active listening skills, empathetic and a consultative ear

· Ability to work in a fast-paced growing environment

· Experience using excel and a CRM is a plus

· Bachelor or Associate Degree preferred

· Must have strong communication and interpersonal management skills, be a self-starter who is motivated to become a leader within the team and has had personal success and professional success

Expected Earnings: $80,000 - $220,000

Pay: $80,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
