Mpower Solar is a New York-based energy supplier and solar installer, specializing in 100% renewable energy. We are proud to offer an exciting opportunity for a full-time Solar Setter representative at our Brooklyn, NY location. As an Appointment Setter, you will be first to engage homeowners to set up further communication and consultations so they can do their part in helping the environment. Sales experience is not necessary to make an impact in this role!

The ideal candidate will have a relentless work ethic, positive mental attitude, strong critical thinking skills and will be highly ambitious. In line with the company’s growth goals, the candidates in this role have a fast track to leadership on our team.

Income Expectation:

• Starting Base + Commission + Bonuses: Initial OTE of $80,000+
• Potential to develop into Solar Leadership within 12 months and earn 3x starting pay

Responsibilities:

• Generate appointments with prospective customers at their home
• Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience
• Participate in daily in-office training camps focused on increasing your earning potential, team building, and mentorship from our leaders
• Support Solar Leaders through effective communication

Qualifications:

• Direct Marketing experience ispreferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills
• Outgoing Personality and desire to meet new people
• Competitive, money-driven personality
