Management Services Corporation of Charlottesville, one of The Caton Companies, is seeking a Community Association Manager. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company.

Summary/Objective

The Community Association Manager will support all assigned Associations’ Boards of Directors by gathering information to assist in their decision-making processes, implement the decisions of those boards, and oversee the operations of those associations according to the policies and guidelines set by their respective boards.

Supervisory Responsibility

None for this position.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Travel/ Driving

Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive to other work locations.

Required Education and Experience

· BS/BA or equivalents

· 2-3 Years Industry Experience (desired)

· Community Associations Institute (CAI), AMS® or CMCA® certifications (desired) Community Associations Institute (CAI), PCAM® (desired).
