We have an immediate invitation for a talented, enthusiastic, and experienced Business Development Representative!
Our business is IT, cybersecurity, and business related support and services and our market is the business professional sector with a focus on law firms, dental, optometry, accounting and financial practices however we have many clients in all industries and are open to focusing on new groups.
We need a team player proficient in leading digital sales, marketing, and networking tools and channels. While we want you to grow with us, this position seeks someone who doesn't need to be trained. The right candidate will already have their preferred tools, tricks, and methods but always be willing and able to adapt their talents to our business model and strategy.
Right now we're using Zoho CRM, Microsoft Office 365 which means we're an Outlook, Teams, and Word shop.
The ideal candidate will will build our Leads database with well qualified leads and make at least first contact via email, social, and or phone.
The work is 100% remote however we meet often via video/voice Teams. Candidate must be highly collaborative and enthusiastic about team participation.
Compensation will focus on the following key performance indicators and will be commensurate with performance:
- New qualified leads added to the database
- New meetings set with the Account Executive
- The size by revenue of new business
- Growth of Social Network followers
Work commitment is flexible so if you're looking for contract, part time or full time work, we can build role and package for you!
