SUMMARY
The Maids International is looking for a business manager to continue building its strength as the leading residential cleaning franchisor. This newly created position will be instrumental in designing and deploying new sales advantages for its franchise network. The National Sales Account Manager will work with the Chief Development Officer to concept and create industry-leading national and local group sales opportunities. This position will work closely with the Chief Development office to identify, cultivate and implement strategic partnerships that will bring customer growth and success to our franchise partners.
You will be instrumental in working with key stakeholders to develop a holistic approach to sales, improve the current sales programs, provide guidance and support for frontline sales professionals, generate new national sales and local group sales opportunities.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, other duties may be assigned.
- Development of national sales opportunities.
- Coordination and support of group sales opportunities at local / regional level (Ex. Multi-unit complexes, real estate agencies, commercial complexes, etc.).
- Development and execution of key initiatives (sales strategy and processes, CRM, and learning).
- Design, develop and implement updates to The Maids sales process and training/learning programs
- Minimal travel necessary; includes speaking at regional meetings, national convention, Advisory Council meetings, national alliance opportunities, and support of local franchise initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS - Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business, or related disciplines from accredited college or university; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
