We are a streamlined solar marketing and sales organization on the search for sales representatives with a proven track record of success. Solar has quickly become the most logical sale in the in-home sales industry; with the federal government helping to foot the bill, homeowners around the country now have the option to immediately reduce their monthly expenses while adding lasting value to their homes. The logic is simple, but finding reliable, self-motivated, and independent salespeople is not. That’s why we are offering highly competitive commissions, the ability to generate income in multiple ways, and the opportunity to work independently from home.

Who We Need:

This position is tailored to those who have decided to make sales a career and who are motivated by uncapped earning potential and independence. Prior to dispatching our pre-set appointments, it is the job of our marketing department to thoroughly qualify each homeowner to ensure the highest likelihood for success. Our reps run an average of two appointments a day, close at a rate of over 60%, and earn from $120K - $250K annually.

Responsibilities:

-Complete a personalized 5-hour training course from home.

-Run an average of 2 pre-set solar appointments a day from your computer or in prospects' homes, Monday – Saturday.

-Maintain excellent organization and attention to detail.

-Maintain excellent communication with office throughout the day, particularly while in appointments with prospects.

-Independently maintain an organized schedule.

-Continually push to improve everyday.

Applicants are expected to:

-Have reliable transportation and up-to-date drivers license.

-Have a reliable smartphone at all times.

-Have a proven track record of success in sales

-Be willing to travel to areas surrounding offices for pre-set appointments, Monday through Saturday, 9am – 7pm.

-Have the utmost confidence in their ability to communicate with customers, trainers, and scheduling staff.

-Have an understanding of commissioned sales and the confidence to sell well beyond the need for income-limiting salaries or benefits.

-Be driven to improve everyday and to seek out support to do so.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $120,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
