We Provide Leads: Work with Local and International Buyers

As a Real Estate Agent, finding good leads is the most difficult part of your business.

It takes patience and a lot of networking, advertising, and leg work to find even a few leads.

With Bahia International Realty, you do not have to look for leads - we provide them!

From the first week after your training, you’ll be working with buyers from the US and abroad.

If you're a licensed Realtor who speaks Spanish, this is a great opportunity to grow your career selling to international buyers.

Bahia’s Lead System: Receive 20-30 leads per month. No Floor Time. No Fees.

We do your marketing for you, so you don’t have to spend time and money advertising for leads.

• Our extensive presence in the U.S. and Latin America attracts 900 - 1,000 buyer leads per month.
• You’ll receive 6-10leads on a typical week, with no advertising fees.
• Work on your own schedule. There is no floor time. Work in our office, or work from your home – you decide.
• Bahia’s newsletter reaches over 30,000 people around the world. We advertise beautiful new construction homes you can sell.
• There are no broker fees and no desk fees.
• You’ll work with Alexa, our CRM (customer relationship management) tool. Manage hundreds of clients with email templates and PDF brochures.

The Quality of a Successful Bahia Agent

Many Realtors achieved financial success with Bahia’s lead system. After the initial training, the brokers will be available when you need additional support.

To be a successful Bahia agent, you’ll have these qualities:

Earning for agents average between $50,000 and $160,000 in commission, and top agents are making more!

Required Qualification to Apply (Must Meet All Criteria):

• You must have an active Florida Real Estate License
• You must be a current member of Orlando Regional Realtor® Association (access to MLS)
• You must be a fluent Spanish speaker that can communicate professionally (both written & spoken) with Spanish speaking clients.
