What/Who is Stupar Enterprises?
Stupar Enterprises is a highly visible sales training and business consulting company based out of Milwaukee, WI. We provide both individuals, as well as businesses with cutting edge, customizable training and skill development solutions. When sales organizations need results, they work with Stupar Enterprises. Additionally, we provide advanced video content and media creation to those looking to scale their business online.
What is the role of a salesperson at Stupar Enterprises?
As a part of our inside or remote sales team, you’ll enjoy a fast-paced, energetic and positive work environment. You’ll be given access to the most advanced sales technology, calling software and other tools necessary to experience success as a sales professional. Each day, you’ll participate in role playing and company training, meet or exceed your daily activity metrics and sell our products to the leads that are provided to you.
Basic daily activity metrics are:
● 135 calls per day and/or
● 3 hours of total talk time
The leads provided to you are already paying customers of the company who have previously purchased one or more of our products. Your job is to connect with these customers over the phone, email or social media to identify additional opportunities to provide them with value.
Responsibilities:
● Present and sell Jordan Stupar products and services to new and existing customers
● Prospect and contact potential customers with provided leads
● Reach agreed upon sales goals by monthly deadline
● Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest product launches, improvements and additional services offered
● Appointment setting
● Conduct outbound calls through a power dialer
Qualifications:
● Preferred previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
● Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot Preferred)
● Ability to build rapport with clients
● Strong negotiation skills
● Deadline and detail-oriented
What We Offer:
First and foremost, there is no cap on the amount of money you can make at Stupar
Enterprises. We offer a few compensation packages to individuals based on their experience.
New reps can expect to earn between $60,000 and $80,000 in commision sales their first year, however, several reps were able earn over $100,000 in sales commission their first year. Our recurring commission plans are the perfect way to ensure financial success for high performance reps.
